1. How do I register for a NACElink account? Go to http://www.nacelink.com/ and click on the “Employers” circle. In the Employer Login box, click on the “First Time User’s Register Here” link. 2. What if I’ve forgotten My Password? Go to http://www.nacelink.com/ and click on the “Employers” circle. In the Employer Login box, click on the “Forgot Password” link.Your password will be e-mailed to you at the e-mail address you use as your username. 3. What is the price to post a position? Go to http://www.nacelink.com/ and click on the “Employers” circle. Then select “Pricing Information” from the navigation bar. For Job Pack pricing, follow the same steps as above and look for the sentence that says, “Looking to enjoy a Steeper Discount?” Click on the link that says “NACElink Job Pack.” 4. How do I pay for a job posting? Payment must be made by credit card at the time of posting. The credit cards that may be used are Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. 5. Do I receive a refund if I cancel my posting early? NACElink job postings are non-refundable. You can click here to review our refund policy online. 6. Where can I view NACElink’s Refund Policy? Go to http://www.nacelink.com/ and click on the “Employers” circle. Then select “Pricing Information” from the navigation bar. Click on the link that says “NACElink Refund Policy.” Discounts are for NACE Members, and apply to the purchase of NACElink Job Packs only. 8. What is a Job Pack? How can I find out the price? Job Packs allow employers to purchase jobs in bulk and at a discounted rate. The Job Packs available range from a Job Pack of six jobs up to a Job Pack of 500 jobs. For information and pricing on Job Packs, go to www.nacelink.com and click on the “Employers” circle. Then select “Pricing Information” from the navigation bar. Look for the sentence that says, “Looking to Enjoy a Steeper Discount?” and click on the link that says “NACElink Job Pack.” 9. How do I purchase a Job Pack? Job Packs must be prepaid. If you have an existing NACElink account, e-mail support@nacelink.com and provide the following information:

10. Which schools participate in NACElink? To view the schools, go to http://www.nacelink.com/ and click on the “Employers” circle. Then select “Participating Schools” from the navigation bar. Click the link that says “Click Here to View a List of All Participating Schools." 11. How can I find participating schools in my state? Go to http://www.nacelink.com/ and click on the “Employers” circle. Then select “Participating Schools” from the navigation bar. Use the dropdown menu under “ Select State” to select a location, and then click “Go.” 12. The school I want is not on the list. How can I post to it? The participating schools list reflects an accurate list of all NACElink schools. If a school is not on the list, you cannot post a position to it through NACElink. Please let us know the schools you are interested in posting to that are not on the list and we will contact them to encourage them to join. 13. How can I change my e-mail address? Go to www.nacelink.com, click on the “Employers” circle and log in to your account at the employer login box. Click on “Account” from the navigation bar. Select the “Edit” button, and enter the new e-mail address in the “E-mail Address” field. Click “Save & Update Record on All NACElink Schools.” NOTE: A confirmation e-mail will be sent to the new e-mail address. You must open this e-mail and click on the verification link inside in order for your e-mail address change to be processed. E-mail address changes can take up to eight hours to complete. In the meantime, you can continue to access your account using the old e-mail address as the username. Go to www.nacelink.com and click on the “Employers” circle. Log in to your account at the employer login box. Click on “Jobs” in the navigation bar. Under the “Job List” tab click on “Create New Job.” Complete the required fields on the “Post Your Position” page. You can then select “Save & Finish Later” or “Save & Proceed.” If you choose “Save & Proceed,” you will go to the “Choose Schools” tab. Select the day you want the posting to start displaying to students and the schools you would like to post to. Select “Save & Finish Later” or “Save & Proceed.” If you “Save & Proceed,” you will be taken to the “Review Posting” tab. You can select “Preview Posting” to see how your position will display to students. When you are done with your posting, click on “Proceed to Checkout.” Complete the required fields (all job postings require credit card payment at the time of posting) and select “Submit Job.” 15. How do I repost a position? Go to www.nacelink.com and click on the “Employers” circle. Log in to your account at the employer login box. Click on “Jobs” in the navigation bar. Under the “Job List” tab, click on “Create New Job.” On the “Post Your Position” page, open the dropdown next to the “ Copy Existing” field. Highlight the job you would like to copy. Proceed as if you were posting a job for the first time (see No. 14, “How do I post a position”). 16. How long does a NACElink job posting run? All NACElink postings run for 30 days. 17. How do I search for resumes? The only resumes visible through www.nacelink.com are those in response to an employer’s job posting(s). NACElink does not have a searchable master resume data base. If you are interested in accessing student resumes, you will need to contact the career center at the school. 18. How can I locate NACElink schools in my area? Go to www.nacelink.com and click on the “Employers” circle. Click on “Participating Schools” in the navigation bar. Use the “ Select State” dropdown box to highlight the location. Click “Go.” 19. What is a multi-school environment? A multi-school environment is a school that has several campuses participating with NACElink. If you post a job and select a school that is listed as a multi-school environment, your job posting will go out to all of this school’s participating campuses. 20. What is the fee for posting to a multi-school environment? When posting to one to five schools, each school chosen is $25 and if it is a multi-school environment school an additional $50 is charged. This means that if you just post to one multi-school environment institution, the fee is $75 ($25 + $50). If you post to two multi-school environment schools, the fee is $150. If an employer posts to more than one to five schools there will be no change in price related to choosing a multi-school environment.
